We work on a quarterly, bi-annual, annual and project basis. The decision solely depends on the nature of the project and the services being availed. We usually start with a discovery call and once the deliverables are aligned, we share the proposed timelines and the budget.

This also depends on the project. Some clients prefer a lump sum fee and the nature of project also aligns with this costing approach, however, some clients prefer hourly rate with proposed number of hours aligned with them. Anything beyond the original scope is communicated in advance and invoiced separately.
